Spatrev provides an AI-powered market scanner and signal platform that analyses forex and cryptocurrency charts in real-time to detect trends, trade setups, and high-probability trading opportunities. The Service also includes expert signal subscriptions and related educational content (“Signals”).

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding contracts under the laws of your jurisdiction to use the Service. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

4. Account Registration

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.
• You must notify us immediately at support@spatrev.com if you suspect unauthorised access.
• You may not share, sell, or transfer your account to any other person.

5. Subscriptions and Payments

• Access to premium features requires a paid subscription. Prices are displayed at the time of purchase and are subject to change with notice.
• Payments are processed securely through our payment partner (Flutterwave). Spatrev does not store your card details.
• Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable regulations.
• Reproduce, redistribute, resell, or commercially exploit any signals, data, or content from the Service without our written permission.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or otherwise extract data from the platform in an unauthorised manner.
• Transmit any viruses, malware, or other harmful code through the Service.
• Impersonate Spatrev, its staff, or any other user.
• Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to access the Service without prior written consent.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, software, designs, trademarks, and materials on the Service are the exclusive property of Spatrev or its licensors. Nothing in these Terms grants you any rights to use our intellectual property other than to use the Service as permitted herein.

8. Third-Party Services

The Service may integrate with or link to third-party platforms (e.g., TradingView, Deriv, Discord, social media networks). Spatrev is not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of any third-party service. Your use of such services is at your own risk.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Spatrev does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that signals will be accurate or profitable. Market data may be delayed or inaccurate.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Spatrev and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to trading losses, loss of profits, loss of data, or business interruption, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service — even if Spatrev has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

11. Termination

Spatrev reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or is otherwise harmful to other users, Spatrev, or third parties. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

12. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time. We will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page and, where material, notify you by email or in-app notice. Continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation in the first instance, and failing that, through binding arbitration or the courts of competent jurisdiction.
